Unreliable and operating in bad faith
Really disappointed in Cell C. When signed up for an LTE wifi contract with them a few years ago, I was told I coukd change the amount of data according to my needs. There was no problem a few months ago when I asked to increase the amount. But when I went in recently to decrease the amount (since my data needs have changed), they informed me that I would actually be paying more if I wanted to get less data. I told the consultant that my agreement with them was that I could change the data amount when needed, but all he could say is that they have changed their policy.

22 Nov 2022, 11:59So what your saying is that the normal price for this package is almost a R1000 month, just for 50GB of data!? You can't expect me to believe that? And if this was the case when I tooj out the contract, why was I not informed of this? This is really unacceptable service from Cell C.
