Unregular update on Transunion.

For the last 4 months Cell C has not updated my payment profile with Transunion and this has pushed my credit rating down, it is your responsibility to ensure that this is updated. I wanted to purchase a new vehicle and due to this it was declined. I spoke to Transunion and all the blame is with Cell C. I urge you to get this done today so my record can show correctly. This is unfair and very unprofessional one thing is sure I will not stay with Cell C you have embarrassed me and made me look like a fool due to your negligent.
