Unreasonable customer service

So i recharged the R29 bundle to call cell c to cell c but its not working. I called customer service and spoke to Dineo...she asked me how much i recharged last(R35) i told her. Which last 2 numbers i called that i didn't remember. She requested any number that i usually call. I gladly told her ONLY to receive a shock of my life that its all wrong. Have been using my line for 11years now and i know the numbers i call esp more oftenly. She just couldn't help me. That is utter nonsense and ******* hey. This isn't a simswap that needs lots of questions but they are just difficult nxaaaa
