Unproffessional Rude Consultant

Good morning Cell C,

I was at your shop yesterday 10/12/2019 around 16h00pm. I had been there for a sim swap on my number ***. The consultant ( Tyron was written on his shirt) was very unprofessional and rude and looking down on me for not reason that I know of. Even going on about how my account is not even updated and I want iPhone.

I asked him if they had iPhone he said why would I need an iPhone that is an American phone not for matriculants like me and calling me an aunty on his loud voice another employee(Dwayne) had to apologize on his behalf . Tyron was even telling me I’m not even married so he has a right to impose his opinion to me. I kept calm but I am worried that if I don’t stop this more people are going to be a victim of him for no reason. I don’t even understand why I was referred to as a matriculant and an aunty.
