UNPROFFESIONALISM

I had the worst customer service with Cell c .....

I opened a new contract on the 23./24 November 2020 via phone with a gentleman.

the new day 24th i received a sim card without the p40 lite on the delivery the driver said the device will come the net 2 days.

after 3 days i phone Cell c being diverted to 200 different departments and agents still no success on why i haven't received my device. on day 9 i phone and they still had stories and i was super furious by now because i am waiting and being provided with no use information and unprofessionalism agents.....

So on the 3 December i decided i will go in store and went to key west Cell C store . A lady assisted me, she checked the system and told me they agent provided me with a sim card application not WHAT I APP**** FOR... SO by then i was super ****ed of ready to cancel all my contracts by cell C. So the Agent phones Cell C from her cell phone and spoke to an agent by cancel department, she told me to cancel of phone with the agent and then she will start a fresh contract with them in store and get device same day.

I cancelled and got the new device vp40 Lite Dealer code ECPFKWT001(KEYWEST), all calls should be on system ..

This morning 7 December i received a sms of delivery from Cell c,.

How the f... does Cell C work??? the contract has been cancelled as the lady instore told me and only ONE debit order will go of my account with my laptop contract.

I will send the courier guy back with the device when he is here today delivering the initial device....

how can one agent say its a device contract and in store they tell me its a sim card contract so i had to go through all that nonsense to actually get a device.... DO YOU TREAT ALL YOUR NEW CLIENT WITH THIS UNPROFFESIONAL SERVICE??????
