unprofessionalism

I cant with Cell C's *********** staff and there laziness. I called cell c on the 01-04-2015 to enquire on my account to find out that cell c will be debiting my account again for the 25th month due to me not taking a new contract with them. I signed a contract with cell c for a 24 months debiting period not 25 months up this is not the first time that cell c is messing up my accounts they have been over debiting as per my agreement amount for quite some time now and have brought this to there attention i spoke to a Moosa Mooke from the retentions dept very rude and unprofessional agent and requested to speak to a manager but after been placed on hold for a while she returned and said the manager dont want to speak to me till he knows what i want why are you guys paying your managers to sit on there ****s whole day... The managers name is Kriyaan Naidoo. Please rectify this matter and get back to me cellc before i take this matter to icasa. My reference number is *** <br> <br> Regards <br> Mrs Ebrahim
