Unprofessional store manager's unwillingness to assist and inconveniencing me

The store manager at CellC Davenport branch Durban is so lazy. She has no regard for customer service and does not give customers the same treatment and gauge them before she can decide whether to assist you or not. That is what she did to me not once.

CellC customer care instructed me to take the box for the phone to the nearest Cellc branch so that they can scan the picture and email it to them since they needed the second IME number to proceed with my claim.

I went to CellC Davenport and the lady with a name tag written "Store Manager - Catherine", was just not interested. She said she cannot assist me and asked me where did I log the insurance claim. I told her it was Musgrave, she then said I must go to Musgrave as they are the only ones who can assist me. I told her that is not true and apart from that Musgrave is far and I am convinced that this can be done in any Cellc branch. She then grabbed my box, scanned it and send it with an unwilling attitude.

Last Sunday I went there to collect the phone, she was still not interested. She could not even be bothered that I am the same customer that she tried to turn away a week prior. She brought the phone and insisted that I sign. I told her that I have to read what I am signing for so she must be patient. She said there is no need to read I must just sign as CellC was giving me a new phone and cannot make a mistake. She stood soo uncomfortably infront of me with no regard for social distancing. Never mind the fact that I went into the store twice without Covid screening.

I then requested to do a sim swop and she told me that they do not do it in store, I must contact the contact centre. I requested a sim card and she said I must buy an unrica d sim card anywhere and phone the callcenter to do the sim swop for me as they charge R115 if they do it in store. Now all of a sudden they do it. Still I do not understand why she refused to sell the simcard to me because even if I do it with the contact centre they still charge me about R56.00.

The contact centre told me to go back to the store and request an unrica d sim as they are unable to do a sim swop on a sim that is rica d already. They said most stores do not sell it but the Cellc store will sell it to me. Now I have to go back and face this ***********, unprofessional, lying manager.
