Unprofessional staff

Cell C have people calling to offer products and services but none are equipped to give you the correct information. All they want is to tie you up with their contracts, yes they warn you that all conversations are recorded!! What a joke!! So sorry I have now committed to get a router, i will NOT accept delivery of this and they can go back to their recordings and hear what was offered the 1st time and then hear the follow up, which ended up in a huge confrontation.
