Unprofessional staff

hi <br> <br> I requested an detailed update of my account yesterday from Derrick and still have not received anything. I seem to be getting no where with your staff. Staff are too quick to tell the customer what they said but don't hear the conversation of what Cell C staff has told you. How is it that a credit is given on your account and then taken away. This is sooo unprofessional. Still waiting for a superior to get back to me. That is the reason why Cell C loosing customers cos management never cares.
