Unprofessional service

I am sick and tired of emailing cellc collections and receiving no feedback. I have sent numerous emails with no assistance. I have called customer care they useless. Can someone call me and assist with my query. I have made the full outstanding balance owing and all I would like to know if it's been received and allocated ....Cell C is that too hard for you people? The ref number given *** feedback is blank ....
