Unprofessional Service

About a month ago I contacted cell c fibre. To come and assist with setup at my home. The person assisting me was: KHULEKANI INOCENT NDLOVU BROADBAND SALES CONSULTANT ********** 733 Since day one of installation I have not managed to get the black box working. I've contacted him numerous times to come out and assist and to date I have had no feedback. He keeps making promises to come out, we arrange on a day and he just does not pitch. I find this very unprofessional and unacceptable. Especially that I have to pay for something which does not work!

Thanks for the prompt response, I would like to send a huge thanks to Moses for hes willingness to assist me. I have received a call from Khulekani advising that he will attend to me today, I shall wait again and comment.
