Unprofessional service

Good day

It is highly disappointing to pay an account and have no feedback if you have a query . I have call numerous times with no assistance. I have received the statement with the different amount due and no one have ever called me to update me of the chances, which is not the first time this happen. The agents drop the calls while am speaking they are very rude and not interested in what am saying. The communication level and professionalism is very poor I must say.
