Unprofessional poor laggards

<p>I've booked my son's LG G3 in for the third time at the Cell C Trade route mall store on the 16 December 2016. when I queried the branch manager read out the response " exchanged awaiting QC check" 2 weeks later I went in again. Then the stories start. they said it was booked in under the incorrect IMEI number (not my problem, I didn’t physically book it in, poor staff training). They eventually booked it in under the correct IMEI number and now want to charge me for the repair claiming that the seal was tempered with...OFF CO**** IT'S BEEN TEMPERED WITH YOUR IDIOTS ASSESED THAT DAMN THING THAT'S WHY THEY NEEDED TO EXCHANGE IT!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>The branch manager emailed the repair centre and to date no reply...oh not to mention that they don’t call me...I've got to call them</p> <p> </p> <p>That’s customer service for you!</p>
