Unprofessional, No care attitude

I went Clearwater branch Cell C on Sunday (15/11/2015) where I spoke to the most unprofessional rude person when enquiring about the buy out contract option. She requested required documents which I obviously did not have all. I immediately walked out the shop because of the rude attitude. I went back the Monday morning with the requested documents and needles to say I still required other documents that wasn't requested the previous day. I then immediately obtained all documents such as bank statement etc. and handed it in +/- 10:30 AM. <br> I went back that evening at 18:00 and still Cell C was verifying the account. Yesterday I tried contacting Brian 5 times and left messages every time and not one phone call back. Needles to say I have still heard anything from him. I am in the service Industry and if I speak to or be unprofessional like this Cell C branch staff to my clients I will loose all my business / clients.<br> I also loaded a complaint / issue / frustration on Cell C's website yesterday afternoon and there is a Auto response to say I will be contacted soon which also has not happened as yet. I realise that my R800 a month contract means nothing to Cell C, shocking...
