To me I don't understand why this cellular company your problem to be solved you must complain to hello peter. I don't have much to say now I'm just disgraced with this their service. I made an upgrade with them and made a swap but I was charged for it Plus they made the Sim swap on the wrong number. So now I'm charged for two Sim swap that's wasn't my fault.I logged the case on 07/08/17 but even now it not solved. ( ********** 635)

I got a response from cell C and I been promised to be refunded. Let see month end if they will keep their promise. But I really think that Cell C got to do a transformation to their standard of service to the customers. Even if we need help from them it takes time and sometimes have to report to hello Peter to get help from this cellular company. Month end I will write a review thanking them if I got my refund
