Unprofessional company
<p>I was told my number 084 ******804 is due for an upgrade. So every time when I phone the customer care for the upgrade the consultant tells me that they will phone me back even now I'm still waiting.</p> <p>I decided now to cancel the contract cause I finished paying for it. I think this company Cell C they must have a really good training for his consultant because it's clear They don't know what they're doing. </p> <p>Most of them got a very bad attitude I don't know what is had By picking up the phone and sort out the problem of the customer because at the end of the day you getting paid for it. really something wrong is it with the consultant or the company is faulty order. </p>
