Unprofessional cell c
What are contracts for?? Cell c has changed my monthly bill ever since I've upgraded from R460 to R505 oky it doesn't seem much but if they keep changing as they please after I've asked for a contract that stays the same every month ill be paying R700 by December..why the hell do they have contracts then and if you want to cancel they'll hit you with the settlement fees ridiculous..
I'm so fed up with my contract increasing every month.

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.

09 Jul 2019, 13:20This was never explained to me by YOUR consultant dont you think this is a very BIG highlight in a contract?
Once you agree in a contract to a certain agreement it should be like that I asked the consultant I dont want surprises every month I wat a set amount now it's going up every month? If you have fees that go up every month like this and chop and change as you please are you really satisfying your customers?
And I'm never informed ons email of any of this I just get notified via SMS that next month your bill will be more than last month.
