UNPROFESSIONAL CALL CENTRE AGENTS

i am realy unhappy with the service at cell c,i have to call cell c time and again and they tell me diferrent things about one thing.but friday,they really got me fed up.i call the technicial call centre, where i speak to Thembiguhle,so said she would help me than she hangs up on me.so i decided to call again and i get through to her again, she tries to help then puts me on mute for me to think theres a bad signal.then i hang up and call again,this time, the call comes through and she doesnt speak and i believe it was her again. i have really had now with cell c and will be cancelling my 2 contracts.
