Unprofessional Behaviour

I app**** for a phone about three months ago but it was declined and i accepted the results. Three months down the line i get a call saying my application has been successful and i should be getting a phone the following week. Comes the following week i call and ask when are they delivering then i get told there is no phone being delivered. The very next day i get a call being offered the same phone again because apparently Cell C rules have changed and customers who have maintained their cell c accounts well can be given phones. I then call to confirm and i am told there is nothing like that. Why are you guys wasting my time and giving me conflicting information? I accepted that you guys declined my app even though i service my account well then you come back and play games.
