Unprofessional and unreliable company

Cell C is one of the most unprofessional company I've ever seen, very unreliable and useless staff. Cell C must close their doors and forget about business

I app**** for a phone contract and it was approved, then I was told that I was going to receive my phone in 3 to 7days. Waybill number and an sms was sent to me, this was from the 9th of November, I've been receiving smses daily that my phone is on its way to me but to no avail. Last Sunday driver brought the phone but I was in church cause I've been waiting for my phone daily so I gave up. Monday I got the same sms and Tuesday the sms I received stated that a driver by the name of Kagiso Sithole was on his way to deliver my phone but he didn't arrive at my place. I'm just sick and tired of empty promises from cellc and courierit
