Unprofessional and Unknowledgeable Cavendish Cell C

So disappointed with the service at CellC Claremont. I have been with CellC Claremont for over 10 years and frankly service has gone down the toilet. Feroz, so called Manager is a charleton and unprofessional and has no knowledge of what customer service is. More customers will be lost and I hope Mohammed, the franchise owner will take heed.
