Unprofessional and ********* service received from Cells!

Very unprofessional and ********* agents and service received from Cellc!.. They called me for their contract offers and I repeatedly answer with a No response however they insisted that they browse for offers which I qualify for, I then agreed (Not knowing they running an inquiry against me!!!) now that hard search is reflecting in my credit score as a negative of which I was unaware they doing that and I did advise them politely that I am not interested in their deals yet. A simple no they couldn't not take now had to logg a dispute against them. Hopefully Experian solves it for me
