Unprofessional and misleading services

An agent called me to assist with a n upgrade order and told them witch device I wanted they said the would deliver first week of June as the no stock currently... Yesterday I get a call after numerous escalations I'm told there is no upgrade order under my name...the agent did not action or submit the order I was led into believing that my device was coming but to my surprise nothing was coming I'm disappointed I don't know what to do anymore I'm now supposed to call and for an upgrade again
