Unprofessional and *********** staff members

Who has had the misfortune to request something from Cell C? After being a loyal member, had the ordacity to ask for a copy of my Data Contract for Insurance purposes after my house was burgled and my router ******. Nicole form Mall@Reds told me that head office keeps them. Phone 084 135 which I did and was assisted and promised that this staff member would email it during the course of yesterday. No email was received.

This morning I again tried and KELEPFO assisted me but the most frustrating was having to repeat my details over and over and over again. Th more frustrated I got the more this operator was laughing at me and other perators in the call centre. When I asked to speak to her supervisor I was told she was in a meeting.

Well Cell C I am definitely not renewing my contract after this treatment and the professionalism of your staff.

They are disrespecful and *********** too. VODACOM deserves my business more than Cell C.
