Unprofessional and Bad Service

Have a contract with Cell C.In August 2 debit orders were debited on my account with Cell C references.I reversed the one.Cell C said they never received payment.I visited the branch and the consultant confirmed with Cell C via a phoned call that the money was taken by Cell C.Now Cell C just run a debit when they want to.On the 6 September I left enough money for the debit to go off.But it came back as insufficient funds because they wanted to take two amounts of R519.I have spoken to numerous consultants at Cell C and even requested to speak to a Team Leader but they don't phone back.The best part is that they phone you 4-5 times a day to tell them the same thing over and over but nothing gets resolved.I even emailed my bank statement and visited a Cell C branch but this was also unsuccessful.This afternoon I phoned again and requested to speak to a Team Leader but still waiting for the phone call.Phone again to request for a Team Leader to phone but the Consultant was laughing on the phone when I told her I will hold on as they never get back to you.
