Unprofessional accounts and Incompatent Management

Can such a large company get it so wrong???

Firstly when I initially signed up to move by business telecoms across to Cell C I should have already known I am making a huge mistake when they could not supply me with the Apple iPhone I wanted, needless to say I settled for second best and left the handset on offer.

Then I signed up another 3 contracts and believed we have joined a professional company. I then moved from Telkom internet home router to Cell C home router only for Cell C to get it wrong but twice delivering a pocket router and not a home router where I could plug in my CCTV system and Alarm system. After numerous calls and email threats that I was going to cancel my contract did they finally get it right.

Then came my first account and I have been overcharged by R1640.98 for an alleged contract that was cancelled and I never requested or signed for the contract. On calling the so called business help desk I was informed that I had to send an email and cannot resolve over the phone even after all the security questions was answered. I sent a email on the 11th June and almost a month later have not received a single mail.

To date Cell C still owes me R1640.98 and believe it or not my next statement for July has arrived and they have gone and charged me a ridiculous R4414.07 overcharge. This time I have now stopped all debit orders to be paid to Cell C until they can get their **** together and then I might and this is a big might sign a debit order agreement with them as they cannot get their accounts correct

I cannot wait for my contract to end so I can move to a professional company even though I still have 22 months remaining. Sad that one has a bad experience from the start
