Unprofessional

So this is my 3rd hello peter review about cell c , says alot. So it's not just the online people that are not helpful but even the store. So since I didnt get any joy from the customer care and follow up department I decided to go instore . To check if the contract was cancelled and for them to assist with the contract I wanted. The girl at the Midlands mall branch in Pietermaritzburg I didnt get her name has the audacity to ask my if the previous agents did not tell me that the Galaxy note10 lite was discontinued and there was no stock at the warehouse but even if they did get me one from another source why would I want a phone that's discontinued. Like who the hell is she to ask me that I am the customer and I am telling you what I want. It would be a different case if I asked for her advice. She said she cannot help me and didnt even try to call around and ask if any other store had stock or even check if my contract was cancelled. So I turned and walked out before I said and lost my temper. So Cell C when will someone wake up and smell the coffee and assist customer. Isnt that their job.
