Unprofessional
We had a contract with Cell C and yes we then got behind with payments and eventually cached up. but what surprises me is that Cell C and any other place is quick to call you numerous times to remind you of your outstanding amount. but we settled the account and canceled our contract but now that we are looking for a paid up letter and we told that the legal department handles this. but i called *** and went to all options but with the legal department no one answers and this has gone on now for three consecutive days. this is total ******* quick to want money but refuses to assist. i mean you got your money so please give us our paid up letter..

I received a call from Dora or Doreen and i have been dealing with all of me and my husband request cause of he job and school and this results to him not being able to contact or answer calls. therefore Cell has been dealing with me even if i called and requested a settlement amount i was never told that they can't assist me cause i'm not the account holder. if you need security check why can't you call the account holder first then contact me since is so damn important. All we want is the paid letter, Cell C did receive their money why is it hard to get a paid up letter. if you can't talk to me as the wife please then just email the paid up letter to ***. We don't need to hear your side cause i see you full of *******
