UNPROFESSIONAL!

I am extremely mad at cell c, i would not recommend anyone to open a contract line with cell c. Firstly, they don't know how to bill, this is the second time i have an issue, the first time i got a statement after i had paid the, and the statement showed i was in arrears, i emailed them to tell them to check their records and i stated that they must no longer debit my account and they corrected it and sent a new statement - no apology or anything received from Cell C. Anyway i made a payment of R250 on the 13/02/2015 and on the 27/02/2015 they debited my account for what i am not sure. I am fed up and i will have a look at cancelling this contract. Do Not open any contract lines with this service provider. its a never ending nightmare. Pathetic in every way imaginable!!!
