Unprofessional

I called cellc before 9pm lastnight.I spoke to Winston Sampson who I found very unprofessional.He did not answer my questions,and tells me that im not letting him finish when he is not even addressing my query,but rather giving me wrong information. Then he puts me on hold without telling me while I am still speaking to him! What kind of service is that??Then the call cuts off after 45min. I call back and to my luck I speak to the same Winston Sampson who denies that he puts me on hold. Its 10:15pm and my query is not resolved,because he said he was going to put me through to his team lead, and guess what, the call ended again. I demand someone listen to that call and try to prove me wrong. Someone competent should rather deal with my query.<br> this is the 5th query in a month.Unbelievable!
