Unprofessional

I had an a cellphone contract with cell c , then I was handed over to Blake's and Associates and paid all the amount that was due to cell last year in October 2021 .

I was told that my name has been cleared and received a payed up letter from Blake's. I even contacted cell c to inform them that they must clear my name as I paid off my account in full .

Then boom this year 2022 I'm receiving annoying calls from CSS Credit Solutions that my account has been handed over to them I'm owing cell c. How do I owe cell c when I settled my account long time ago.

Cell c should get ride of their staff who don't know how to read and how to do their job . Since from 2021 for an account that has been payed off I'm still receiving harassment calls .I'm taking this matter to ombudsman Cause surely it shows that some people are not doing their job .
