Unprofessional

I've app**** for a new contract on the 24th , received feedback on the 25th that it has been approved. The agent confirmed that they had stock of this specific phone and delivery will be on the 28th (today) for the latest. I've just followed up on the delivery and the agent confirmed that they have NO STOCK and are unsure of when they will receive stock. So why did the agent lie in the first time. I could've gone to a Cell C store and app**** for it there. This is a real inconvenience and so UNPROFESSIONAL on all levels. The service really suck and how do you advertise and a phone and don't have stock??????????????????????
