Unprofessional

Good day, I'm so disappointed with service from your company yet again no one is willing to help. My phone is not 6 months old but it just went blank on me not working and all, I called the customer care and being referred to repairs then arranged for a pick up which they have explained they will pick it up next week. I posed a question to say what am I going to do with services I need to use while my phone will be taken for repairs, I was then advised to go to a nearest Cell C and request for a loan phone which I went to Sandton store even called the store as well the people there they don't customer service they are rude they don't care of us as customers they telling the way they don't have a loan phone with attitude. My question is to you Cell C what customer experience do we need to go through as customer with your company?.
