Unprofessional
I am currently on the call with Cell C to cancel my contract, there is music and people having a party in the background (it is 11:45am). I was told that the managers are in a meeting and they are having a "drive" to get the employees spirits up. This is completely unprofessional especially when I cannot hear the operator on the other end.
