Unprocessed Airtime

I bought airtime via internet banking on the 23rd November 2015,the airtime was not credited to my account. I have been calling Cell C Call Centre, almost everyday,have been sent from pillar to post, I was asked to send my bank statement to show that the transaction took place,but still no luck. I have to wait for more than a week for airtime toe be processed to my phone. My Ref Number ***
