Unpleasant service delivery

I don't no where to start,it is really so difficult. After my unpleasant interaction with Cell C, my problem was never solved. But I'm so happy the contract is almost paid up. After calling the centre, they told me that they will stop the debit order, because I've got an arrangement with them to pay off the account. What a nightmare they never kept up to there promise just keep on debitting from my account, they not even in a position to give me a balance. As if the one hand do not no what the other hand is doing, I,'ve never experienced such a mess.I can't wait to get rid of Cell C.
