unpleasant service

I have experienced the worst customer service service with Cell C firstly the contract was cancelled because they sold me lies they did not disclose every information that was coming with the contract I then decided to cancel the contract because I was no longer happy with the product. after the contract was cancelled I have been advised that the contract was successfully canceled surprisingly I then started receiving calls from their collections department as to say I need to pay the contract, like what the hell is going on. I then decided to contact their customer service to get the cancellation letter to be forwarded to their collections department shuuu they have been taking me from pillar to post just to get the letter been on the phone with them for close to an hour until my line got cut... I'm honestly not happy with Cell C.
