UNPAID....again

this is not the first time, im doing this on behalf of my mother, mrs E Skinner, who by the way is currently in hospital... she had a very rude call from cell c today saying her debit order for the 30th of LAST month did not go off.....where my contract is on her name as well an debit on same date...but mine got paid....apparently there was insufficient funds....which is bull ****....she has been in hospital for 3 weeks, and the balance of account been well more than enough for the debit. Strange that they never suspend the line for non payment as they normally very fast to do so....or they just *****ed up...again as they did in the past... both contracts up for upgrade / renewal pretty soon... doubt it very much that we will....and i have already been putting word to friends and family to stay away from cell c....
