Unpaid account

Why will Cell C place my account on arrears ?This affects my profile.Its been a nightmare to be rendered services by such a service provider.

Sometime April 2021 we went through the same thing,you claimed to have technical issues.Because this company is insane they didn't debit money in my account on the 28th December and I paid on the 29th December 2021 and lodged a complain again.They promised to work this out.Today I am getting an email stating that I am owing ?On a worse not from collections.

This negatively affects my profile.
