Unnecessary charges

So my phone just went “no service” and now cell c tells me i need to do a sim swap and pay a fee of R50 when there is no physical damage to the sim.

Have been with cell c for over 7 years and I have done a sim swap without any charges when i was still a prw paid customer, also i have done and paid for a sim swap when i lost my phone while on contract.

The process us the same for contract and prepaid users. My problem now is I have to pay for this when there is no damage to the sim.

R50 is a lot of money to just give away.

One of your consultants gave an email address ********** I sent an email to dispute the fee, to date i have not received any response.

Stop taking us for fools and milking money out of us.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
