Unnecessary bad attitude

The cell c mall of africa store is a great store unfortunately as customer i was treated with an unnecessarily rude employee who went to the extent of telling me i am wasting his time and telling to go back to where i came from. An employee by the name of Mlungisi at the mall of africa store, instead of giving helpful advise as to how i should go on with my situation he decided to be dismissive and rude towards me, and proud of it. thankfully not all the employees there are like him. such employees (Mlungisi) are really ruining great companies reputations.
