Unnecessarily sed we owed more

They told us we were behind with 6000 witch we were not we only missed Dec becouse we need money for school clothes we did phone them ad sed we are not behind that much ad that's not rite ad sed we won't pay money we don't ow that amount. Then they switched our simcards off imidetley we had problems with them ad we gave them all the proof they have it but yet they sed we did not pay it we are honestly sick of the same story.
