Unlimited Whatsapp

Dear cell c. Your unlimited whatsapp is... well not unlimited.. this is the second month that I get an sms stating that “You have reached your Fair Usage Limit of WhatsApp data. Out of bundle rates will be charged for further usage on WhatsApp where free data is not available.” So please do not advertise it as unlimited if it is limited..... I mean really. That’s just taking the cake.

Dear Cell c. Thank u for responding to my query And basic just telling me that it is my problem that you have decided to limit all cellc users to 600mb “unlimited whatsapp” from the previous 1gig of “unlimited whatsapp” and that I must now just deal with it. I think it is pathetic that you are charging us the same amount and then lowering the amount of data. I am sure I am not the only client that is unhappy about this. I am really unhappy with this.
