<p>last month my mum got a call from cell c direct asking her if she would like to upgrade her contract.</p> <p>she agreed to take a wifi contract which she was told would cost R249.00</p> <p>she clarified the price with agent on the phone many times.</p> <p>now they are claiming she must pay R299.00 for the contract when she agreed on a contract for R249.00.</p> <p> </p> <p>they also never capped the account.</p> <p>i have logged a call with cell c but got no joy from them.</p> <p>they just make us hold the line and eventually the call cuts.</p> <p>i have a reference number which is ********** 438.</p> <p>i request that the recording of the upgrade be played as i am not prepared to pay R299.00</p> <p>whereas i was told the contract cost R249.00.</p> <p> </p> <p>this is highly frustrating as your guys say one thing and then charge us something else.</p>
