We have been calling cell C for countless time with no help concerning my husband Name since 2019, we struggling to buy a car or a house because cell C appears on my husband credit report as if he owes cell c and it was identity *****, we lodged complains with cell C, submitted affidavits and all stuff proofing that it was not my husband who bought stuff from cell C then they investigated and found that it was opened **********ly and closed that case and cleared my husband name on their side but our problem is Cell C failed to clear my husband name on credit bereau it is still appears on my husband credit report as unpaid and because of that we struggle to buy things on credit. 2 months back we tried to fix it through credit report company to dispute this cell C, we called them to check progress of this case guess what they emailed cell C concerning clearance letter for this case and cell C do not respond to them. Please do something cell C.
