******** threats and demands

<p>On 2017/05/19 I received an sms from Cell C that I must make a payment agreement or I will be blacklisted. This was after an sms notifying that my service will be suspended. What happened, January 2017 all payments wnet through!!! February 2017 the same. I informed Cell C that I have changed employers and my payment date is changing to the 5th. 25th of March Cell C submits debit order and it came back, because I am only paid on the fift from now. Then a payment for March was taken beginning of April and another payment on 28 April for April month!!! Then on the 15th May a debit order went of, was returned as there was not enough money in my account and I asked the bank to reverse the debit orders. NOW on the 19th of May I am told I am 30 days in arrears????? Somebody there does not know basic maths, and does not understand dates. I will rather cancel my contract as it is due to end July 2017, but I will sure as hell never deal with Cell C again. Utterly pathetic service and complaint resolution</p>
