I have had enough of cell c treatment even i paid my account in full and i got a paid up letter from Cell c (Ralph Gubeon) stating that: 1. We refer to the above matter and confirm that the above account is paid up in full and closed. 2. We confirm that we have sent a request to the relevant credit bureaus to have your payment profile updated. 3. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any queries in respect of the above or require any further assistance. Cell.

That was on the 29/06/2020 while i finished paying my account a long time ago and struggled with Cell C for over a month to get a paid up letter calling cell c with my airtime and convenience. All promises from cell c were just lies nothing has changed on my credit profile because it still appears that i have a default and that is Cell C. Can cell c tell me what do i owe them at least so that i know. Cell C is continuing to spoil my life plans even though i don't owe cell c
