******** Disconnection of cellphone (********** Debit Orders)

In October 2017 I ordered an additional contract from Cell C. Thus I had a pre-existing Cell C line which was a separate package, debit order and a debit order of the 15th of each month. However their *********** consultant contacted me to inform me that the debit orders didn't go thru. however when I checked my Debit orders I saw that every month a debit order for the two contract went thru on the 15th of each month. But the consultant force to say that I needed to pay on the 30th also. In January the 12th they disconnected both lines and I called them but they refused to re-connect insisting that I need to pay them. I waited for 14 day after the debit order went thru but they didn't reconnect my line. Therefor I reversed the debit order for that month because I cannot pay for services I haven't received. I dont want their contracts anymore. I will take this to court and also social media to ensure that Cell C is exposed for their bad service and misconduct.
