******** deductions and ******** Debt owed

I am Tebogo Joseph Moitse, the time i opened my cell c contract i was informed that it was a 2 year contract and i signed those documents, after the two year i was convinced that i was finished with my cellphone contract but realised that they were still deducting, so i went in theire store and confronted them and was given a number to call and i did just that, but they did it again the following month, so i went in again and i was given a number again to call so they told me it was sorted out in 2020 that was the last time they deducted and called, i was surprised to find out that last month and this month September 2022 they started to deduct again when i went in store they told me i owed around R5300 and i havent even used that number since 2020 December, I am furious and angry with how this company treats people and handle our complaints
