******** debit orders

Exactly a month ago, 26th October i wrote a review on Cell C's **********ly debiting my account after i had cancelled my contract with them. This morning i woke up to yet another debit of R2677. After my last month's complaint, I was given a ticket number CF194706. Since then i have been receiving automated emails with a name Thulile Mkhize ***) stating that my case was escalated to finance for a refund, since the 26th of October, refund has not been done yet but they go ahead and debited my account yet again. It's a lot of money to keep debiting people.
